हेलेन डेमरिस

Christina Gill
joined the KTG team in January 2022 after her youngest son Eli lost his eye to advanced Coats’ Disease in September 2021. Once her family had arrived on the other side of enucleation, Christina knew she wanted to help raise awareness she is now a vital part of the team and KTG's Global Family Coordinator. Christina lives in North Central Pennsylvania with her husband and three sons. She is a Penn State graduate with a BA degree in Organizational Leadership and works full-time in project management consulting at one of the nation's big four Accounting Firms. Christina has a passion for connecting people together and sharing their stories. She has been able to connect KTG with Rochester’s Flaum Eye Institute and has further strengthened our connection with Dr. Carol Shields and her team in Philadelphia. Christina is also very passionate about finding families, sharing their stories, and as many resources as possible. Christina is now spearheading a project called Beyond the Glow, a resource page dedicated to helping families move forward after the glow has been detected. Her passion and energy is infectious and she has quickly become an integral part of our team!
Caitlin Villante
Caitlin is the Partnership Liaison for Know The Glow. She is a close friend of Megan Webber and the Know The Glow Co-Founders and has been involved and supportive of KTG fundraising and awareness since its inception.
Caitlin has served on a number of philanthropic boards and her connection to Megan and Ben Webber has made her passionate about helping spread the word about KTG and educating families worldwide to learn about early detection.
Lisa Richardson
Lisa shares a longstanding friendship with KnowTheGlow co-founder Megan Webber, dating back to their high school years in Kansas City. Having followed the organization’s mission for many years, Lisa recognized that the timing was finally ideal to contribute her talents and experience to our efforts.
In her new role, Lisa will support our Ambassadors in raising public awareness of leukocoria—the abnormal “glow” visible in flash photographs—and the serious ocular conditions it may indicate, including retinoblastoma and other potentially vision- or life-threatening diseases.
Lisa resides in Oklahoma City with her husband. Their three adult children live in New York City, Dallas, and Atlanta, respectively. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Lisa built a successful career in sales management and manufacturer representation before founding Kid Power, a children’s fitness and nutrition program of which she remains especially proud. In recent years, she has dedicated significant time to travel and volunteer service with various nonprofit organizations.
We are delighted to welcome Lisa to the KnowTheGlow family and look forward to the meaningful impact she will make in our mission to promote early detection and save children’s vision and lives.
