What to do if you think your child is exhibiting the Glow!
Step 1: Go to a dimly lit room, give the child's eyes time to adjust, and take a flash photo.
Step 2: Cover the non-glowing eye and ask the child to point to an object in a book.
Step 3: Bring your photos with you to your pediatrician, make clear what you are noticing, and ask for the red eye reflex exam to be done.

What We Do
Know The Glow is working globally to eliminate preventable childhood blindness through targeted digital campaigns in local languages, providing adaptable resources to partners worldwide, and sharing impactful stories. We also connect partners, guide families to local care, engage students and volunteers, and sustain long-term outreach through ambassadors and a post-treatment support program.
