Randi joined the KnowTheGlow team in March 2025 after her daughter Harmonee lost her right eye due to stage E Retinoblastoma in November 2024. Randi first noticed the glow in Harmonee’s eye in the beginning of October 2024 and as the month progressed the glow was more and more noticeable. She had gone on the internet to see if she could come across any type of reasoning behind this glow and that is when she found the KTG website. Harmonee was diagnosed November 6th and had the enucleation done on November 11th. Randi knew from that point forward that she wanted to bring awareness about the glow to other parents and families like hers who had never heard about the glow or the words “Retinoblastoma or Leukocoria”.
Randi lives in Minnesota with her husband, two sons and one daughter. She is a stay-at-home mom who works part time as an advertiser as well as doing daycare. Randi is very passionate about bringing awareness to families in any way possible. Randi has many social media platforms that she has created and started building a following on to raise this awareness, she uses Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram. Randi has also started a Facebook group called “Midwest Glow Warriors” in an effort to bring together families with events, fundraising, and awareness campaigns. Randi is very excited to bring everything she has to offer to KTG to help continue the mission of raising awareness for the glow to as many people as possible.
