Gertrude Ndavi is passionate about children and advocating for their well-being. Having worked closely with children and supported initiatives that sponsor education for vulnerable children, she has developed a deep commitment to helping young people thrive and reach their full potential. She is particularly passionate about creating safe environments for children and ensuring they have access to opportunities that enable them to succeed.
Professionally, Gertrude works in communications, media, events, and production, where she enjoys using storytelling and engagement to drive meaningful impact. Beyond her professional work, she actively supports children’s causes and regularly visits children’s homes as part of her commitment to giving back to the community.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, going on road trips, and spending quality time with friends and family. Gertrude looks forward to collaborating with the KnowTheGlow global team to advance its mission, raise awareness about childhood eye health, and support the growth of student chapters that will make a lasting difference in the lives of children worldwide.
